How to Book?
Hooray! We're excited to help you get booked in!
Once you confirm your order, you'll receive an email with the invoice contract, along with instructions for online payment.
To secure your date, we require a 50% retainer, with the final balance due 30 days before your event.
For orders under 25 servings, full payment is needed to confirm your booking.
Please note that the contract is valid for 2 days for the deposit/retainer payment, and your date will be reserved only after the required payment is made.
Where do you deliver to?
We proudly deliver our delicious cakes anywhere from Key West to Key Largo, with delivery fees. If you prefer to pick up your cake, that option is available. However, we advise against collecting tiered cakes, as they are quite fragile and may not withstand transport. Your satisfaction is our priority, so choose the option that works best for you!
Do you offer cake tasting?
You are invited to order a Cake Tasting Box online! We offer cake tastings for pick-up from Monday to Saturday between 3pm to 8pm, or we can deliver it to your hotel or venue in Key West. Shipping to your home is also available. Please note that tastings require at least 2 weeks' advance notice. You can finalize your wedding cake flavors 45 days before your event, allowing each tier to feature a different flavor for you and your guests to enjoy. To order your sample box, please click here.
What if I have dietary restriction, preferences or Allergies?
We offer a variety of cakes and desserts made without nuts, eggs, gluten, dairy, and coconut. However, please note that we are not a nut bakery, and we do use these ingredients in our facility. For those with extreme allergies or medical conditions, we strongly ordering from a specialized bakery, as cross-contamination is always a risk and we cannot guarantee that our products are 100% free of allergens. Your safety is our priority!
What are your cake prices ?
When it comes to wedding cakes, the cost can vary significantly based on several factors. Key elements include the number of tiers or servings, the complexity of the design, and any additional features like sugar flowers or stenciling. Our minimum order starts at $180 for cakes or desserts, ensuring you receive a beautiful and delicious centerpiece for your special day. Let us help you create the perfect cake that fits your vision and budget!
Do you rent Cake and Desserts Stands ?
We offer cake stand and dessert display rental service! We have a great selection just for you! After your celebration, we’ll gladly handle the pickup from your venue in Key West. Click here to explore our options and elevate your wedding cake display to the next level
Do you provide Fresh or Silk flowers?
We do not provide fresh or silk flowers, so if you would like fresh flowers, please arrange for your florist to deliver them to us the day before your event. We will happily place them on the cake at no extra charge. If your florist is unable to deliver in time, they can also add the flowers at the venue on your wedding day. For silk flowers, please mail them to us at least two weeks in advance.
Do you provide Cake toppers?
We do not provide cake toppers. If you have your own topper, kindly mail it to us at least two weeks in advance. Please email us an image of your topper for further instructions.
